Wonderfully located in peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garage, and a short walk to the beach! There are several bikes for guest use w/ helmets and bike lock. Large outdoor space with BBQ GAS grill and firepit. Wi-Fi, CABLE TV w/ DVR, DVD Player, a ton of movies to enjoy! Brand new windows and beautiful new flooring in 2018
The entire home is for guests use.... includes 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Full kitchen/dining room, living room, laundry, 2 car garage, huge back deck, bikes for guest use, and more! I do require guests to sign a lease and understand house rules and expectations. Prior to reservation, guests will be sent Information on the home.
I am available 24/7. We live close by the home.
Quiet and peaceful. People walking their dogs and jogging to the beach. It is quiet and friendly people. Gorgeous walk to the beach.
Car is recommended for staying here.
The home is cozy and has ALL you need to enjoy your stay. No parties or events...Please be considerate of the neighbors and follow house rules. Use common sense and be respectful. We have a pack n play, high chair and some baby gates too.
