There are two HDTVs, a DVD player, cable and Wi-Fi, as well as games and cards to enjoy. A gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. Patio has 2 chairs to enjoy views of a sunset over the valley and Rocky Mountains.  Free WIFI, easy parking, a sled, and no stairs to climb make this a perfect mountain getaway. A community BBQ (charcoal) Grill is also available across the parking lot.

ALL Resort Amenities ( skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, golf, swim) are a separate cost paid to resort based on renters usage.

Guests have access to the entire condo...and can access the community pool and Hot tub using a GUEST day pass - available for purchase for $15 at Ranch Hall. Guests may purchase a day pass for $15 at Ranch Hall. Children age 8 and under are free. To purchase a day pass for the pool you will need to show your reservation with the address visible as proof that you are staying in the home. Credit card only please.
